no more SSL on my white label preview domain
Can you please quickly renew the SSL certificate for webopale.co which is the preview domain for my agency white label platform
I know I can still use the brizy.site in th meantime

Can you please check the Publish On Your Domain screen for the domain webopale.co? The A Record and the CNAME records appear missing.
Once you add the domain records, please delete the custom domain and add it again in this screen and wait for half an hour to restore the SSL.

it's not a "common" domain I want to put a Brizy site on
this domain was given to Dimie as part of the my agency white label settings, it's my preview domain so that before adding a custom domain, the client sees example.webopale.co
attached is what Dimie asked mo to add on my hosting provider
was working fine yesterday
is it because it was renewed last week ?
does the white label agency team have to renew it ?

I have updates the settings for webopale.co, only noticing the values are exactly the same as before... it is a mistake because the excel file was not updated ? I updated the DNS setting anyway
I am about to update the webopale.agency DNS setting too, but will this affect getting access to my platform for my clients ? By the way, the values in the excel file you sent me is exactly the same as the one present in my DNS setting before changing anything, just like it was the case with webopale.co, is this right ?

I've been informed that the propagation is completed and the SSL certificate was generated for both domains.

Hi Yves,
Your domain's renewal is unrelated to this problem. When the SSL certificate for your domain is updated each year, you must update DNS records with two new values.
Your Dashboard is inaccessible because we could not let you know about these changes earlier. We apologise for the delay in notifying you of these changes on our end. Changing these values should resolve the problem.
