SSL Has Stop Working

    Hi Mark,

    For the Brizy Cloud websites to work well, your domain name should have a single A Record with a single IPV4 address. A DNS look up of your domains shows that two A records with different IP addresses are associated with your domains www.pchomehealth.org and www.j18nation.com  

     

    To fix the SSL issue, please follow these steps

    1. Login to the domain registrar account for each domain (GoDaddy and Network Solutions) and delete the A Record with the IP 52.39.68.83 from both domains
    2. Delete the custom domains in your Dashboard and add it again and wait for half an hour for the SSL to be regenerated.

    Hello and thank you for your feedback. I have check both I only see A record 34.237.47.210. Is there something else I can do?

    I see that the SSL certificate was propagated for both websites, see please here and here. Can you please clear your browser cache and check again?
