    Hi David,

Please check also these two articles and make sure you have added the correct records:

    A: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

CNAME: Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the A record?

Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.

Could you please send us a screenshot of the DNS settings from the domain registration and the URL of your project?

    Best regards, Nelea.

Yes. They are green. Everything is set properly. I've launched at least 50 sites on Brizy. It has to do with Brizy assigning the SSL I'm pretty sure.

Still awaiting a response on this. This is the second time a Brizy technical issue has caused issues with a client's important launch date. The client had press coverage on media outlets today and the website is offline because of this. It has been down all day now and causes me to look bad.

I should be able to switch live sites from one project to another without an issue but something on your side causes it to get all messed up and the site doesn't show. This is very bad for business and needs to be addressed.

There are likely many cases where someone might want to create a temporary site, or a maintenance site and simply switch the name to change it over quickly. But here we are 6 hours later and the client's website is still offline and her media coverage (that she's paid for) has come and gone.

    Hi David,

Sorry for the inconvenience. To restore the SSL, please delete the custom domain, add it again and wait for half an hour
