hamburger menu doesn't work

Hello,

 

hamburger menu doesn't work on mobile and tablet. i click in and nothing happen

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please confirm you have this issue with the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.4.12  and PRO 2.4.11? Also, do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins?

    Yes i have the same version. And it doesn't work. Ans it is the same when i desactive the plugins.

    Hi Laurent,

    As you can see from this screenshot, your browser console has two errors. https://jmp.sh/1AKsyJP3  On your website, a Brizy Pro Javascript file is being blocked. This could be reason why the hamburger menu isn't working.

    Can you try these and see if it helps?

    1. Change your theme to Twenty Twenty One or one of these and see if that makes a difference. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
    2. Deactivate the plugins WP Booklet, Facebook Pixel by PixelYourSite, and W3 Total Cache temporarily and see if the hamburger menu works.

    Hello,

    i realize that the hamburger menu work in all the pages in mobile but not in the home page.

    I don't understand why?

    I did manipulations that you advised me. I changed my theme for Blocksy as it explained.

    But nothing changed.

    What can i do? What doesn't wok too it the stiky block of above.

    Hi Laurent,

    You can setup two types of popups in Brizy.

    1. Conditional Popup: When a condition is met, this popup is automatically triggered
    2. On-click popup: When a user clicks a button, text or other element, this popup gets activated. 

    It is not advisable to include a popup that was initially designed as a conditional popup as an on-click popup. You created a conditional popup and added it as an on-click popup in the 'Nos autres accompagnements et formations' section of your website. It was added to the button "CONNAITRE LES MODALITES DE FINANCEMENT". This caused the browser console error.

    Brizy Pro Javascript file is not being blocked and the hamburger menu on your homepage is working fine after I recreated the on-click popup. Please check.

    I have attempted to recreate the popup as closely as possible to your original design. Feel free to fine tune the design if there are deviations. If you save this popup you can add it as on-click popup to another page.
