Issue with form checkbox - webhook no data

I have created a form (see image) with a checkbox, the form is linked via a webhook to zapier (see response below). The problem I have is that the webhook seems to send the title of the checkbox rather than a boolean. Am I doing something wrong?

  Hi Mark,

  The Brizy form is currently designed to pass on the checkbox field name. A possible use case for this design is a opt-in form like this

   

  If you have a meaningful field name for the checkbox, it would make sense to capture it in an audience database through Zapier.

  Hi George,

  That makes sense. In my case it doesn't really matter what data is passed through, as long as it is different when checked than it is when unchecked. At the moment it is passing through the checkbox name even when the checkbox is unticked. Is that correct?
