CCX
I'm having trouble with several of my websites and in looking into my file manager I see CCX files within my websites and one CCX file just in my public_html file.
Does this file come from Brizy? I've not seen it before and I'm struggling to get my sites corrected so I just wanted to check to see if this is part of Brizy or not.
Please let me know as soon as you can. Thank you!

Hi Kate,
CCX files may not be related to Brizy. If you can share the problem in more detail, probably we can help.
- Could you please describe the issue you are trying to resolve by deleting the CCX files?
- You have mentioned " I'm struggling to get my sites corrected" Please describe what problem you are trying to correct. Share some screenshots as well if you can.

Hi George,
I have 3 sites that are "broken" one is showing a blank white screen the others showing:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I was combing through the files manager to see if I could find a solution and saw the CCX files. I am not familiar with CCX files and before deleting I wanted to know if they are part of Brizy.
I cannot access the back end of these sites and I'm desperate to get them fixed. I've tried renaming my plugin file to disable them with no success.
Do you have any insights you could share?
Kate

Hi Kate,
We are sorry to hear about the problems you are facing. Could you provide the URLs of the unavailable websites?
Please sign into your hosting account and try relaxing or disabling server side security/ firewall/ malware protection/ DDOS systems to gain access to your WordPress backend. Are you in contact with your hosting provider? You may need their help to restore your websites.

Hi George,
Thank you for responding so quickly. Below are the url's for two of the sites:
http://alleghanyedfoundation.org
Yes, I have engaged my hosting provider's services but wanted to see if there was anything I can do on my end.
I'm not sure how to relax/disable my server side security.

Hi Kate,
One of your websites appears working fine http://alleghanyedfoundation.org.

The other website https://alleghanywellness.com appears messed up. I don't see any Brizy design on its pages. Are you hosting this website with https://sucuri.net/? They have these products
- Firewall: https://sucuri.net/website-firewall/
- Security: https://sucuri.net/website-security-platform/
If you login to your account with https://sucuri.net/ you may be able to disable or at least relax the rules for the firewall and the security systems.

Hi George,
Thank you for checking on my sites. After I wrote you I installed a back-up copy of the sites and it appears to have correct the front end and I now have access to the back end as well.
I've added additional security so I'm hoping I am back in the saddle for a while.
Many thanks,
Kate
