Hi,

I already have an account with Brizy and my 2 years Brizy cloud has expired and would like to get the personal plan Brizy cloud. I don't want to buy and create another account, I just wanted to upgrade from within but cannot find where to do this.

Can you help?

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you need to upgrade the Brizy Cloud plan you have to enter in your Brizy Account and go to Account -> Payments. Here you can find the "Upgrade Subscription" button. Click on the upgrade and you will pay only the difference.

  When I go to my account, it shows my current subscription plan, but I do not see any button or option to upgrade. 

  So what is the process when someone want to get Brizy Cloud with an existing account? Do I go here: https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud?_ga=2.71312339.152664286.1664573906-1214648884.1664573906

  and buy it with my name and email then you'll integrate it into my existing account? I do not want to buy and have to create another account.

  Hello,

  If you will add your current Brizy account email here,  the new plan gets added to your current Brizy.io account.

   

  

   

  Also, we can transfer the projects from one account to another account.
