Brizy page will not update

have been trying to update a brizy page and I keep getting an error message after I press update, saying

"This page needs a refresh. You’ve probably updated this page (or another page) in a different tab or browser."  Refresh

I push on refresh.  

I have deleted my browser cache and history and it is still doing the same thing.  When I refresh the page as it asks, it does not make any changes.  has been the same for the last 3 days.  Not sure what to do, very frustrating.

  We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the wp credentials for these sites? I have created a private ticket for this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this by email. Could you send us in that private message the wp credentials to them?
