Gmail integration

Hello There. 

 

i followed the steps to connect my gmail account however i am unable to receive any notifications to my gmail account. It wont let me send any emails when testing the contact form on my page. I am using wordpress Brizy plugin and my website is working great. The last step is the contact form that seems not to be able to connect to Gmail.com.

  Hello,

  Please try these 

  1. Please try these

     1. Ensure that the 'Email To' address has no spelling mistake
     2. If you are sending to a business email, add a Gmail/Yahoo email also in the 'Email To' filed with a comma in between and check if you receive the email in the free email.
     3. Ensure that 'Subject' and 'From Email' are filled up. (If your email does not have a subject and From Name, it could be treated as SPAM)
     4. In your Email application, check the SPAM folder for form email notification.

  Also, please send the link to your website and we will check it.

  Once you have implemented my suggestion to you here, https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/12682479741969 if you still have problem sending out email notification through Gmail, I will be happy to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard and set it up for you.
