    Hi Anita,

I am sorry; I'm unable to understand the issue you are having. Please watch the following video for my test: https://jmp.sh/LYg3MDVP

Could you fix it, or is the problem still present?

My apologies.  If you go to my website (bergsmacleaningservice.com) and click on the various menu options at the top, you will notice that the pages do not change.  Like it is stuck on the homepage.

I have removed and reinstalled the menu but it is not working.  All my pages are still active.  I am pretty tech savvy but this has been stumped.

Hope it helps and you can troubleshoot it for me.

It seems to be when I preview on my iPad and phone.  The desk top works.   Anita

    Hi Anita,

I see the issue now. All of the pages mentioned under About Us have the same content. The URLs of the pages change, but the content does not.

    Can you try these?

    1. In the WP Super Cache plugin, purge all cache
    2. Please login to your hosting account and purge server cache as well if you use server level caching.
    3. Change your theme from a child theme of Twenty Sixteen to Twenty Twenty One.

If these do not help, we will require access to your project to provide additional assistance.

    Hello,

I have done number 1 and 3.  I am not able to figure out where to find the purge server cache.  Appreciate your help.

    Hi Anita,

All hosting companies do not offer server level caching. The second point will apply to you only if your hosting offer it as a service. When you login to your hosting if you do not see any mention of caching, you can skip step 2.

I would like to take a look at your project to help you resolve this issue. Please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard if you need assistance with this. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. As shown in this screenshot: https://jmp.sh/sOSGGR3, please turn on the option "Send the new user an email about their account"

Please let me know here when you send me an invitation.

    Hi Anita,

Maintenance Mode was activated in your WordPress Dashboard's Brizy - Settings section. Because of this, whenever a user clicked on any link on your website, only the homepage was shown. After I turned off the maintenance mode, the other pages started to load. Please check.
