    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us

You should install the latest Brizy Pro version  2.4.10.  Please deactivate and delete Brizy Pro, then  Update Brizy to 2.4.10 version. After this, you can install the License Key.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    Hi Amanda,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please delete both Brizy and Brizy Pro in the plugins area and follow the steps on the below links to re-install them and activate your license.

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360019679412-How-to-Install-Brizy-FREE

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360019679472-How-to-install-Brizy-PRO-and-activate-your-PRO-license

It is important to note that deleting Brizy and Brizy Pro will not delete your data. However, your site's layout will break without them. Once reinstalled and activated, the layout will return to normal.

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
