Timeframe: onboarding is usually completed in 10 to 14 days
Step 1. Let's talk reselling
Fill in this form, and let's talk reselling https://www.brizy.io/solutions-for-hosts#lets-talk. This is a great opportunity to find out more, ask questions, align expectations and get a custom-tailored deal based on your needs.
Please check this FAQ section before getting in touch.
Step 2. Reseller Integration
This step is mostly based on your needs. We'll describe some scenarios on how this can look like so you make an idea of what's possible:
- You are a hosting company, have a SaaS product/service, or want a deeper system to system integration with your existing product or service.
In this case, you'll use our APIs, which will provide means for SSO (Single Sign-On), custom domain publishing, remote control over users, accounts, PRO license access, and so on. Billing and invoicing will be handled on your side as part of your current product/service offering.
Note: This deeper API integration will require development time on your end - You don't have an existing product or service, you are just starting and want to start reselling a website builder platform.
In this case, we can handle the billing and invoicing for your clients with a white-label payment process via Paddle (the payment processor we use at Brizy). You’ll need to create a Paddle account. With this integration, you’ll control product pricing, discounts and have access to sales reports and notifications inside your own Paddle account.
Note: This doesn't require development time on your end, but a Paddle Vendor account is mandatory. If you can't get a Paddle Vendor account, this Brizy Cloud reseller integration will not work for you.
IMPORTANT: There will be a verification process on Paddle side before they approve your seller account. The seller account approval is managed by Paddle’s team and any questions about the sign up shall be redirected to them. Here is more about Account Verification and their Acceptable Use Policy to get an idea about the process. (This verification is standard practice done by any payment processor). We need this step done before we continue with the Brizy Cloud reseller integration.
Step 3. Create a Brizy account & pay the reseller license
In this step, you'll pull the trigger on the commercial deal with us, create a Brizy account and pay for the Brizy reseller license.
Step 4. White-label set up
If you opted to resell Brizy Cloud white-label under your own brand, our team will help you getting your white-label platform set up in this step.
We'll get in touch to ask for info like logos, favicon, domains for masking the dashboard and builder, and so on.
Step 5. Done
Our reseller onboarding team will be available to you throughout the entire process to make it as easy as possible for you to get started. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach out to them.
Once you are successfully onboarded, you’ll have access to preferential reseller support. They’ll be able to answer any product related questions you might have.
