    Hi Ken,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We checked your site and found that you didn't set up correctly the Cname. Could you please, check this article and follow all these steps to set up the Cname?  These fields should be green if everything has been set up correctly: https://jmp.sh/Lz0Ge3V

    Best  regards, Nelea

    @brizy support

    Looks like my CNAME record is correct. Server account assigned by brizy is grapefruit6603087.brizy.site (current). A Record  also looks clean 34.237.47.210. Everything was working fine until this issue (aside from slow site loads). Does this look correct to you? If not, where's the disconnect?

    Hi,

    Are the records in the project settings green? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly.  If the DNS record is set up correctly, please log in to Brizy Cloud Dashboard and please delete your Custom Domain and add it again and wait for half an hour for your SSL to be restored.  See here: https://jumpshare.com/v/87WUJxMdoCYym84YU7bP

    Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you.

    Best regards, Nelea.

    ALL GREEN. Why should I have to delete my domain and reconstruct? Takes site out of service.

    Obviously, there is some other issue.

    Hi Ken,

    If you added your custom domain for the first time with the A Record and CNAME records set up correctly, the appropriate SSL certificate would be generated for you automatically. However, the SSL certificate needs to be renewed whenever the DNS entries are modified. At the moment, Brizy does not have a user interface to request regenerating the certificate. As a work around, you can remove the custom domain and add it again to force the system to regenerate the SSL certificate.

    Once you do it, please wait for half an hour for the SSL to be restored.
