Why isn't my project showing up as published, after I publish it?

I published a Brizy project website in a workspace, but the site is not showing that it is published.

 

I'd like to be able to export the HTML files, but can't to that until it is published.

  Yes, I published each individual page, but I'm also trying to publish the projects, so that I can download the HTML zip files. Here's the url:

  Hi,

  Your website is published, and everything is working well, see here. Can you please send a screenshot of the error that you have encountered? where are you see that the website is not published?

  It just offers me this...but for all my other projects, I have the option to download the HTML files as well, like this:

  Hi,

  You have purchased the Freelancer Plan in Brizy Cloud, with this plan you cannot use the Export HTML option, see here.  For more information about all the Brizy plans please see this link:https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud

  But I can export it from within my own Freelancer Workspace, correct?

  Hi Katie,

  Natalia here, Brizy technical team.

  In the Freelancer package you can not export HTML files, as my colleague mentioned.

  However, you are initiated as Manager in Stephen Sessions's account. Stephen is having our old Studio package that allows you to download HTML files. That's why - in those 3 accounts in which you are invited - you can download HTML, in your 2 workspaces - nope, HTML export is not available for you.
