Brizy Cloud Pro (Elements)

I have just bough Brizy Pro (personal)  I have gone on the cloud but its not letting me access the pro elements - it keeps asking me to buy pro? 

Am I doing something wrong?  I've activated the licence in WP.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You have purchased the Personal Plan for Brizy WordPress and not For Brizy Cloud. In Brizy Cloud you have access only to the Free options. For more information about Brizy Plans please check this link.

  Ah ok thanks for this.  Just another think I'm noticing with the blocks for example on the 'Contact Blocks' it says there are 40 blocks, but its only giving me 20 to choose from is this correct?

  Hi Tracey,

  There are 22 contact blocks for light style and 22 contact blocks for dark style, please see this screenshot. You need to switch the style and you will have more contact blocks )
