Unable to add Menu to website

I am unable to create and/or add a menu to my website. I am not given the option to on the dashboard or within the settings of the Brizy Builder. 

Also,  I have a pro account, but it. says that my account has expired.

  Thank you for your message.

  In this email account  adam@sub ******** .com there is an active Studio PRO package. It is not expired. If you have another email that you use for Brizy projects, please let me know. 

  I suppose you have this menu issue on WordPress; check if you have the PRO key activated; Then, try to add a header block and check the menu options -  https://jmp.sh/xYSKbOu; Let me know what you will have displayed.

  I have tried to activate the PRO Key but it keeps saying it is not activated. I have deleted the PRO plugin and added it back twice.  SPAM"

  Hello Adam,

  Please disables all the plugins, except Brizy free and Pro,  then try to activate the key again. Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you.
