    Hi Patrick,

Can you login to your domain control panel and check if you have two A records? https://jmp.sh/YIb7QGf

Please delete the A Record which is not in your Brizy Cloud "Publish On Your Domain" screen

Hey KC that information is wrong. I double checked my domain registrar who is porkbun and they only show one A entry and it’s your ip.

I would attach something but on mobile it doesn’t allow me to provide it.

    Hi Patrick

Please open the page in the editor and on the right hand side bottom corner, it says "Save Draft". Click on the Up Arrow and publish the page.

It's already published on my end.

Sigh. So it magically started working. This is the second project that this SSL has had this happen. Can you explain what it happening on the backend and what is Brizy going to do to resolve this so we don't have to contact support for an SSL?

Apparently I solved this myself by removing the ALIAS type from the DNS. No where in Brizy documentation does it talk about that.

You might want to add that for future projects. Thanks.
