Brizy Page Builder - Shortcut Key for H1, H2, H3?

I have a long page, and i have to scroll down for ages just to be able to change 20-30 H2, h3, h4 tags, this process is very inefficient.  Wondering if there is a shortcut key to quickly change h2, h3, h4 tags?
