    Hi,

Is this a template? What display conditions do you have set for it? Could you please send us a screenshot from the editor mode of the template? What elements did you use in the template?
Do you have our last versions for Brizy Free 2.1.0 and Brizy Pro 2.1.0? If you temporary deactivate all external plugins and activate a WP default theme, did you receive the same result?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Makes no difference I am afraid

the recent update broke a functioning site as far as I can tell, maybe a database error which has occured for brizy on this site

will try on another test site on my server and then give you access if that helps

    Element used is post content

    2 pages affected

    one is standard blog posts

    other is custom post type

even with all custom post types and acf off this is still an issue on the blog page

other elements used on that page include

    main menu

    shortcode

    prevnext

    featured image

    text for title

    text for category and time/date

also login element which was recently added (this may be the issue took off and no difference)

facebook like element on blog only

    search element

    on the projects page its

custom text areas with shortcodes using ACF and images linked to ACF fields

as the blog doesnt work and its the main wordpress content area that is the issue I think this is an issue

tried out a brand new template and no luck

Not sure if this is related but I think it may be

I am sometimes getting double elements on front end when single element in brizy

    but more importantly

seems template database isn't working or can't be read and written to correctly

I have noticed there is an issue with global elements (header and footer) not allowing me to select Brizy templates as an option

I did have that option previously and have some conditions set for those 2 elements specific to hiding on certain Brizy templates as can be seen from the screengrab

when I go into a new condition I don't have the Brizy templates option (it does appear but cannot be selected if I have gone into a previous condition for some reason)

to me, this suggests something about Brizy

is buggy and is causing issues on this site

whats the best way to fix this, reinstall Brizy? save off all templates and elements and rebuild the site?

    Hi,

Thank you for all these details!
I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site? We want to check this site.

Also, in the first message you write us about the issue on the Post navigation element - yes, we could reproduce it and we already created an issue for our team. They will investigate it and when we will receive a notification from them, we will inform you too.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Please note I am having a similar issue on a site that has been working fine until recently.
Our first blog page loads fine but the second does not. The third is fine.

    This loads fine.
    https://rilleatechnologies.com/blog/

If you click on page 2, originally I was getting an Error 524 (and the page doesn't load).
If you click on page 3, it is fine.
Now, page 2 is loading but is not rendering properly.

    Hi Glen,

Problems reported by Ben was fixed in the last updates for Brizy Free 2.1.5 and Brizy Pro 2.1.3. In your case, the problem seems to be related to the server. Could you please contact your hosting provider and inform them regarding this?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
