New hosting from SiteGround / Please add Pro to my Brizy account

Hi I'm new on this website creation world and I just bought a new hosting from site ground and the told me I would have to get in contact with you to get my promotion for one year of free brizy pro! 

What do I need to do have that? can you please add pro to my brizy account?

  Hi Tiago,

   

  I'm sorry but we already closed this promotion and don't longer offer a Brizy license for users who bought the hosting from Siteground, Cloudways or Inmotion.

  Could you please give more details regarding this? When did you purchase the hosting from Siteground? Also, could you please send to us a copy of the message from Siteground where they asked you to contact us to get the promotion?

  Hi Sandra I just bought it before yesterday and when I clicked on your hosting websites recommendations they had that promotion so I've bought it.

  If you look down on the image they say you need to contact them.
