Hello !
On Saturday evening we had some issues on our servers. The team was able to fix for custom domain firsts, and then for sub-domains in about 1h. Everything is working fine now.
Please, if you still have this error on your projects, write me the page URLs and I will check asap.
Thanks!
Natalia

Hi! I'm facing this problem right now. So, here are the details:
I selected the "server sync" option to publish my website. Downloaded an archive and unzipped it to my root folder on ftp. I had to change my .htaccess file cause my hoster wasn't happpy with those defaults that brizy gave. Here is the current .htaccess content:
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine on
# --- Redirect from http to https
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} !^443$
RewriteRule .* https://%{SERVER_NAME}%{REQUEST_URI} [R,L]
# ---
# --- Redirect from non-www to www
#RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www. [NC]
#RewriteRule ^ %{REQUEST_SCHEME}://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L]
# ---
RewriteBase /
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond $0#%{REQUEST_URI} ([^#]*)#(.*)\1$
RewriteRule ^.*$ %2index.php?page=$0&%{QUERY_STRING} [QSA,L]
</IfModule>The domain name for my website is (punnycode):
https://xn---09-fddnba1cgkegfbt0bb3b.xn--p1ai/I guess, sync status for project is "connected" right now cause whenever I hit "publish" button I got a "disconnect" option for it
Can you please help me out with this situation?

Hi Ruslan,
I have escalated this issue to the next level. We are looking into your project. Kindly give us some time to get back to you with a solution.

We will need to fix some bugs in the Server Sync software before this error can be fixed. We are still working on it. It may take a while.

I'm gonna deploy that website via html code export option for now so it could be up and running. Please let me know when those bugs are done

Hi Ruslan,
We have fixed the above bug and have test deployed your website at https://www.kompas.brizy.tech/ using the latest Server Sync software. All pages are working fine. Kindly check.
Feel free to disconnect the current connection in your account, regenerate the the Server Sync files and redeploy on your server.

Hi Kc George! Server sync option is working now, but I'm suffering a lot of errors:
1. A lot of warnings above the header when you hit the website for the first time (they disapear after you reload the page). As far as I can tell, all of them are about images (see point 2 below)2. Those images can't be displayed for some reason. Mostly it's about gallery images and their lightbox popups, but there are some others missing too
These screenshots are from the main page, but other pages have this exact problem too.
I've tried to give my image files another names and to re-upload them in brizy editor, but nothing changed.
3. One of the embedded scripts (js) is not working now either
It's supposed to be a map in this area, but it can't be loaded.
4. The most interesting part about all of it is that none of those errors can be found in brizy preview url for this website (https://kompas.brizy.site/). The images and the script are on their places there...
So... Is it some kind of server sync option bugs too? If it's not, please give me a hint of where I should be looking for solutions

Hi Ruslan,
After regenerating the Server Sync files and redeploying it, the very first user will see those errors in the website frontend. Let's say 1000 people visited the website after you have redeployed the server sync file. Only the the first user will see those errors and the remaining 999 visitors will not. We will look into this issue.
Please visit all pages right away after redeploying server sync, till we find a solution. No errors will be visible to any of your visitors in this way.

Hi Ruslan,
To correct the missing images, kindly reupload images after replacing 'spaces' in its names with 'hyphens'. For example, kindly rename images
- From 1 remont 20iphone.jpg To 1-remont-20iphone.jpg
- From 2 20remont 20iphone 20net.jpg To 2-20remont-20iphone-20net.jpg
