How to make 2 versions of header?

I want to make video header for desktop and slide header for mobile. Currently I can make video header for desktop but for mobile only still image

  Hi,

  Due to the fact that it takes a lot of memory and resources to display the video on mobile devices, some devices and browsers don't even support it, so that's why we have the Replacement Image option that will load instead of the video background on the mobile devices. 

  If you want to hide a section from desktop, you just need to disable this option: https://jmp.sh/fZi67dt and the section will appear on mobile only.
