Form 2.0

who can help me? The problem with Form 2.0 and the email seems to be solved. When I send it, I get an info mail. But when I attach a file it is not saved in the leads in the correct path. There is an error. The page is not found, for example a PDF. There is probably only a fakepath created ... The path does not exists?? Who can help me?
