Page load slow after each page update (when using Server Sync)
Love Brizy.
One thing I noticed, every time we updated a page content and sync it via server sync it took a long while to load on a LIVE site. Sometimes it took too long and page 'timeout' and a page refresh is needed. Is it normal? how to speed up the load time? Thank you!

I'm noticing the same thing.

That is because the PHP script is syncing the files, from Brizy Cloud to your server. That should happen only the first time, then the flies are already synced on your server and they load from there going fw.
Once you've triggered the file syncing your visitors will not experience this because the files were copied on your server already.1 -
Hi Dimi, thanks for clarifying. Appreciated. Moving forward, does it mean a site shouldn't be updated as often then? because every time an update occurs, the users will experience the slow page load every time - often times. That means if an update is every 2 week or monthly and the users happen to visit the site every 2 week or monthly, they will experience the slow page load - every time then. That won't be good though. Appreciate if there's a way to work around.
*I've been promoting Brizy! love it.

Only the first user that accesses the link gets the slower loading time caused by the files syncing on your server. It can be you or anyone else.
Let me break it down a bit more: after an update on the project, the new modifications are not synced on your server yet. That happens only once when someone access the link in the browser window. Only one time.
So for example you can do this: modify your page and then access the link to trigger the script on your server to sync the new modifications. Once you did that, all your visitors will access your project from your server so they'll never experience the slower loading caused by the syncing process.
If you modify the project in Brizy Cloud and choose not to access your website, the first user that will go your website will experience the slower loading because they will trigger the syncing process for the modification. Once the syncing is done, the speed of loading will be 100% dependent on your server and hosting.Makes sense?

Thanks Dimi.
May I confirm, after each 'update sync' whoever (the first user - usually me to check the site after each update) browses the website e.g. www.mydomain.com the page load will be slow. After this, anyone browses the site it should load normally. Right?
Love Brizy MORE! :)0 -
That is correct yes.

That is all very cool.
Related to that, is there a way to preview the site in a new tab on my browser on Brizy (ie. but not in the editor) rather than previewing it on the real site after updating, as viewing it on my domain takes a long time for the reasons you have explained above.

Try clicking the preview link (near the Update button in the builder), but that I think will push you to your website not ours. A way to do it is to update it but preview it when it is done. You basically have the preview in the builder, the front end is the same.
