Brizy Pro strange sites appearing
Hi, I'm working on a client's account and it looks like a bunch of empty websites appeared on their account. They look like favorite sections and layouts I saved while designing. Could you check this??
And they have an agency subscription for 10 websites but I cannot use another custom domain. They only used 2 for now.
I think there are some problems inside...

I see only three projects in the above workspace and I do not see any empty project.
Your client, Ivan Mora canceled his Freelancer Cloud subscription with 5 Pro licenses on June 21, 2024. He currently has the Free Trial Cloud PRO plan, which will end tomorrow, July 10, 2024, after which he will a free user.

They told me they renewed their subscriptions last week because it was cancelled. But they were not responsible for this. Could you check? They were building their new websites with me, there is no reason they would cancel anything. Everything is back to normal on the backend, the other sites disappeared.. Very strange.
Could it been cancelled automatically because they were on the 39$ plan?

Ivan now has access to ten Pro licenses after subscribing to the Agency Cloud plan today. He can publish 7 additional websites on custom domains
