Can't recover password

cant get into my wordpress site, password fails and no reset email has come.

  Hi Julia,

  Since your WordPress site is hosted with a hosting provider, it is ideal to contact them for this issue. They should be able to send you a reset password link. 

  Alternatively, you can sign into you hosting company dashboard and check for a button/hyperlink to open your WordPress Dashboard
