Request for Email Update and Assistance with Payment Provider Transition
Dear Brizy Cloud Support Team,
I am writing to formally request your assistance in updating my account's email address and ensuring a smooth transition with your preferred payment provider, Paddle. During a recent rebranding initiative, I transitioned to a new email address, info@jkp.agency, from my previous address, brizy@wpc.agency. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the latter.
The email address brizy@wpc.agency is currently associated with my Brizy Cloud license/subscription (but only with PAYMENTS / Paddle). I have encountered difficulties attempting to update this information on my own. Therefore, I am seeking your support to facilitate this change and ensure that all associated services, particularly billing and communication, are seamlessly transitioned to my new email address.
Could you please guide me through the necessary steps to update my email address and reconfigure my account's billing information with Paddle? Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated, as it is crucial for the ongoing management and security of my account.
