Make Global a block doesn't work

Dear Sir

I am trying to make a block global, but it crashes and keeps uploading forever. I have deactivated Brizy, removed and reinstalled but nothing changed. I have deactivated all other plugins but still nothing changed!!

The Brizy is in MAMP local host, I don't know if it can be about this or not!! Also I changed PHP version on MAMP but still nothing !!

I am using Brizy Pro and it is up to date.

  Is it possible for you to upload your website to a live server so we can inspect it? It's possible that there are specific server configurations or dependencies that are not present in your local testing environment which is causing the issue.
