    I have already posted this once, followed all of your instructions and sent my credentials for you to login and check

    It has been over a week and I bought the professional version of this so that I could work on clients websites, I have two customers waiting who have had no progress in over a week because I’ve been waiting to hear back from you

    Both browsers Safari and chrome are unable to load the builder and both are the newest version

    I have removed all the software you suggested on all the other posts as well. I’ve sent you the credentials.

    We are still waiting for credentials to access your WordPress Dashboard. We have not received an email at communitysupport@brizy.io about your previous community post at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/16887441017234

    Can you please resend the access credentials to communitysupport@brizy.io? After sending us the credentials, please notify us here in this post so that we can immediately look at it.

    Hi Elizabeth,

    I could not reproduce the issue you are facing with the builder. Please see my test at https://jmp.sh/SQogSxBY

    Can you try again and see if everything works fine? If the issue persists, please deactivate the plugin 'A2 Optimized WP' and and check if you are able to edit your pages. After editing the pages, feel free to enable the plugin.

    If above steps do not help, please make a screen recording so that we can see the issue you are facing.
