Hi Jim,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The issue appears to be originating from a conflict. Have you tried isolating this issue by temporarily disabling all other plugins besides Brizy and Brizy Pro and see if you can reproduce the issue? If you haven't tried this yet, please do so and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel:
Thanks for your response. I disabled all plug-ns except for Brizy and Brizy Pro. Then it reported the Email was successfully sent. I then reactivated all plugins and again, it reported the Email was sent which is a step forward.
HOWEVER, the test Emails I sent were NOT RECEIVED.

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your cooperation.
It seems that one of the plugins installed on your website is causing the problem, and there is also an issue with email delivery. If you can give us temporary access to your WP Admin dashboard, we can help identify the conflicting plugin. Additionally, we can investigate why the emails were not sent and suggest an alternative solution for you to try.
Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

Hi Jim,
Thank you for your cooperation.
I have inspected your site and the form appears to be working properly.
To verify this issue, I created a temporary page and duplicated the original form. I then used my own email address to test receiving emails from your site. You can find the test page in the Pages section of your WP Admin. I made a short screencast to demonstrate the issue on this link: https://youtu.be/Q2ds3YPewp0Since you mentioned not receiving the emails, could you please check if they have been mistakenly filtered as junk mail by your email software? If not, you could try using a different email address to see if that resolves the issue. In the meantime, you can access all email notifications in your WP Admin dashboard by navigating to Brizy -> Leads.
If you have any further questions, please let us know.Best regards,

Hi Jim,
Thank you for the update.
I'd like to help you more, but I actually tested this yesterday and received the email successfully through your contact form, as you can see in the screencast. It might be worth reaching out to your hosting provider and reporting the issue to them so they can investigate it. You can use the screencast as evidence that the form is sending emails to another email address.
Otherwise, you might want to try using SMTP instead and see if this works for you:
https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043766792-Email-notification-via-SMTPIn the meantime, I made some changes to the form configuration. I added your other email address (jim@best*****) as a CC recipient. If you have access to that email, please check to see if you received the email. I also added my own email address as a BCC recipient and received the email successfully. I removed my email address after testing the form.
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help.
Kind regards,

Thanks Ariel and Yes, message received.
Now the question is, which Contact Form did you use to send the tests from?
Thanks,
Jim

Hi Jim,
Was it received at jim@best****? Or was it from the original email address used on the form? It was added as CC in your contact form settings. I recommend maintaining this CC email as a safeguard, in case your primary email address encounters any issues with receiving emails.
Best regards,
