    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    To connect to the Library and sync your data, please log in to your account and navigate to the Cloud tab. From there, you'll be able to establish the connection.

    Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Unfortunately, the problem is that even if I synchronize the library, the old saved blocks and layouts appear, but the newly saved ones do not.

    Thank you for keeping in touch.

    Could you kindly verify if you're able to save your blocks and layout and access them when all other plugins, except for Brizy and Brizy Pro, are disabled? It's possible that this issue is coming from a conflict with another plugin. Additionally, please check the current version of PHP and consider updating it to PHP version 8.0 or higher.

    yes, I can save them, but they don't appear on my hosting, and the latest versions of brizy are installed: brizy.2.4.31 and brizy-pro-2.4.28.

    This is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io
