New gallery element when used with pop-up - settings shoot off top of the screen.
Hi KC / Brizy,
Just hoping to reopen this thread about the gallery settings dialogue display issue.
I've done a bit more testing and I can see where the problem exactly occurs.
When you initially create and design a pop-up containing a gallery element, the settings for the gallery element display correctly....but there is a critical amount of photos to add that creates this issue whereby the settings dialogue box becomes inaccessible.
Please see this video:

Can you help any further? The workaround you supplied for temporarily making the height a custom one is not a very good solution as you still cant see all of the settings dialogue if you have a reasonable number of pictures loaded into the gallery element.
I have made a demo page up and I can happily send you the logins via email.
Thanks in advance and best wishes,
Rob

Hi Rob,
Please watch this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/fZ0v2x36 I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end. Please try the suggestion in the screen recording and let us know if it makes a difference.
Please also try a different browser and check if that is helpful.

Hi Rob,
Please review the current memory limit set for your WordPress site. If the memory limit is currently below 512M, I recommend considering an update to the memory limit.
Increasing it to 512M or higher has the potential to resolve the issue you are encountering.
To increase the memory limit, please get in touch with your hosting provider. They will be able to assist you in making the necessary adjustments. Please try this and let me know if this helps.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel, thanks for the suggestion but I have a PHP memory limit of 512 and have increased to 1024 with no effect.

One other important thing to mention - this fault sometimes doesn't show up until a lot (say 30) photo are added - and then you must EXIT the pop-up editor, then re-enter the pop-up editor, and then try and access the gallery element settings dialogue box.
Can you please try that and confirm that it still isn't happening your end too.

Hi Robert,
I see an unusual behavior of the Gallery element when added to a popup. Every time you add one or more images, you see the scroll bar and you can scroll the Gallery settings screen. However when you save your work and go back to the Gallery element, you do not see the scroll bar. To bring the scroll bar back, you will need to add one more images again. Here is my test: https://jmp.sh/lOWyNGCI
This looks like a bug. I will report this. Until we can fix this, please add an additional image/images to bring the scroll bar back. You can delete the additional image before saving your work.
