    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

It’s possible that one of the custom scripts that was added into the header or footer areas of your site is causing the issue, could you please try to temporarily remove them and see if this resolves the issue?

Please try this and let me know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hello,

I followed your advice and removed the custom code inserted in the header and tested it, but the problem is still the same.

The problem of having to press a button twice to navigate to a given block when first loading a website is not unique to this one website.

Below is what I created with the Brizy plugin in WordPress.
    https://ebook.mindfesta.com/
The same problem occurs with the WordPress Brizy plugin, not Brizy Cloud.
And the only code inserted into this WordPress website is the Google Ads code.

Both Brizy Cloud and the WordPress Brizy plugin have the same problem.
Also, this is not caused by any custom code inserted by the user.

    Please resolve this issue urgently.

    Hi

Please have a look at this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/pxQtaf5v

I think the reason for this trouble is because you're trying to link to the bottom of a page while the browser is still loading that section of the page. If you click a button that links to an anchor after the page has fully loaded, the page should scroll to the anchor.

When you are watching a long YouTube video, a similar problem can arise. Imagine you are watching a video that has just started. The video would not play if you immediately jumped to the end of it because that portion hasn't yet started streaming. This isn't a bug with YouTube. That is how video streaming works.

    Hi

Please consider adding an on-click popup to the buttons and display the application form within the popup.

    Hello,

If so, do you have any plans to fix the bug where the screen doesn't go to that block when the user clicks the button?

I don't want to use pop-ups because there is a bug on my website where buttons don't click and you haven't fixed it yet.

    Hi

We are unable to replicate the issue you are facing with scrolling to the bottom of the page. Hence we can't confirm it is a bug yet.

The popup bug is fixed. Please have a look at https://restaurant1.brizy.site/ While the popup on the bottom right corner is still visible, please check if the buttons work.

    Hello,

I've seen the same issue in Microsoft Edge browser, both in secret mode(private mode).

I strongly recommend that you test the button issue in a variety of browsers, modes, and computers, not just one browser, one mode, and one computer.

I hope you can test it and fix it.

    Hi

I have tested your page in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox in normal and private windows. Please see my test here https://jmp.sh/d75oouyz

You could also consider the option of moving the form to the middle of the page instead of keeping it towards the bottom of the page. In this case, the entire page need not load to display the form.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for testing it yourself as I requested.

    But I have a question.

If you look at the address bar of the browser URLs you showed, all six cases have "#register" appended. (https://mindworkshop.brizy.site/#register)

This means that you have already tried pressing the button once before recording your screen.

This button bug only works the first time the button is pressed, and most of the time it works fine after the second time.
(However, on mobile, I had to press the button 3 or 4 times to get to the connected block.)

The button bug I'm talking about is when the user first loads the webpage, i.e. when they first access the website with the address "https://mindworkshop.brizy.site/", and presses the button, it doesn't go to the linked block.

    I'm sorry to keep asking,
I would like to suggest that you test this by going to the URL address "https://mindworkshop.brizy.site" without the "/register" and pressing the button on the first load of the website.

If you can't reproduce the issue this way, I'd consider moving or adding the form further up, as you say.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

It appears that the issue is related to the images that are stacked in blocks. This can have a negative impact on the page load time, particularly if the images are large. The browser needs to download and render each image before it can display the entire page, resulting in a slower loading experience. This is likely why the button functions correctly and directs to the correct block when you reload or refresh the page.

To address this issue, I suggest considering an alternative approach. One option is to connect the button to a popup - https://youtu.be/QQvQ36e6b1s

Please try this and let me know if you have any further questions.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
