Dear brizy,

 

I subcribed for 1-time subcription and use my account only for short time. Since longer I never use my account again. But I was supprised that you booked again into my account. please can you back the money into my account?

Again, I subcribed for a 1-time, not a yearly.

  Hi Romeom,

  You have subscribed to the Freelancer WP plan on September 2, 2022 paying €117.81 and it is an yearly subscription plan. The Freelancer Lifetime plan was priced at $299 at that time and you did not purchase this plan. 

  

  Should we cancel your annual subscription and refund the last payment made on September 2, 2023?
