i paid twice the yearly subscription, how can i have my money back?

    Hi Hugo,

    Please look at your transactions in your Brizy.io account under Account - Payments. You have made one payment each in the years 2020-23. I do not see a double payment. Are you saying you want a refund for the last payment on August 25th?

    yes thats why there is a problem... cause over this section you have the other that says that the next time i have to pay is in august 2025... it means i paid twice and i dont know what happend as a bug that i have only 1 invoice but already 2 years of brizy already paid.

    It appears that there was a glitch on our end. In your account, subscription validity was calculated incorrectly. We have corrected it and now the validity of your Brizy PRO Studio subscription is correctly being reflected in your account.
