Device view not changing

I am no longer able to change the device view on my website. This just started happening.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Let's do some basic checks.

  - Do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 2.4.15  and Pro 2.4.14?

  - If you change the theme do you have the same problem?

  - Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins? This could be a third party issue and we need to check this.
