"Could not download saved Layout"

Hello, as said in the title when i try to download a synched Layout i saved before from a Site (Altervista) to my new site in an another service (Aruba) it says to me "Could not download saved Layout".

What could be the cause of the problem? I'm pretty sure i synched everything.

  Hi Fabio,

  Typically, you should be able to download any layout that you see in your Layout Library. Downloading of layouts normally take longer than downloading of blocks. Please wait for a minute or two.

  Please also try to download from the original website where you have designed the layout. If nothing helps, please get back to us. We will take a look at your project.
