publishing on own domain and subdomain
Good morning,
I have transferred my domain (cecinafrica.com) from one service provider to another (to CloudFlare). The website was already published but now it is not working. I also wanted to publish another website on the subdomain (geco.cecinafrica.com) but this one doesn’t work as well.
And if I refresh DNS settings in brizy publishing settings it still says “not found” in both the main domain and the subdomain.
I know it may take up to 48h but from my previous experience, it usually took only a few seconds or minutes. So maybe you can advise me if you see some mistakes in DNS records.

Hi Pavel,
Brizy Cloud does not work with DNS Proxy. Please disable DNS Proxy for the CNAME and the A Records you have added to your domain with Cloudflare.
To disable DNS proxy for each record, please edit the domain record and then click the toggle switch under Proxy Status. When the Proxy is disabled, toggle switch color changes to grey.
When you have disabled DNS Proxy for both the domain records, it should look like this

Thank you very much. The problem is solved. For the main domain it worked almost immediately and for the subdomain, it started working after a few hours.

Hello, just to confirm, if I set my own domain with several subdomains. Does it count like only one domain in my Brizy Cloud account?

Hello Jorge,
If 5 different Brizy Cloud projects point to these 5 subdomains, each website will require a PRO license. You will need an account with 5 custom domains to publish these 5 websites.
