    Hi Txus,

I did a comparison of your three landing pages in GT Metrix. Pleas have a look at the comparative report here https://gtmetrix.com/compare/OeOMBlEQ/cX0IBNBs/YmCAY11R  You will notice that the score of the subdomain https://veggiego.brizy.site/ is lower compared to the custom domains.

The images you have uploaded to your landing pages at https://www.veggiegofit.es/ and https://www.veggiegofit.com/ are served in the same format as when they were uploaded (PNG or JPG). The images are converted to webp at https://veggiego.brizy.site/, making them significantly lower in size. This could be the reason why https://veggiego.brizy.site/ performs better than your custom domains.

Turkey government had recently decided to block the Bunny CDN URL b-cdn.net. Hence around 24 hours ago, we changed our CDN provider from Bunny CDN to Cloudfront (from AWS). While Bunny CDN converts all images to webp, Cloudfront does not. Since you have not updated https://veggiego.brizy.site/, the page is still being deployed through Bunny CDN. Because you have updated both https://www.veggiegofit.es/ and https://www.veggiegofit.com/ these are being deployed through Cloudfront CDN.

To improve the performance of the custom domains, please replace the current images with these https://jmp.sh/SmN5WWb9 I have optimized these two images

I changed and optimized all images on veggiegofit.es now but the page load remains the same as before.

Is there any way to upload the images on webp format? The format png, jpg are not optimized for websites and now my images are on the minimal size-quality for a high convertion web page...

Maybe can you suite the old CDN for my custom domains? I'm sending traffic from latin america, not Turkey.

My old Wordpress Divi was performing like Brizy now...

I started on Brizy becouse of the speed load and the simplicity. Unfortunately I will cancel my subscription if it is not possible to get the performance I had, and I will lose time and money in that process.

    Hi Txus,

Until the Turkish government can withdraw its restriction on the domain name b-cdn.net, we have temporarily changed our CDN provider. The domain continues to be blocked as you can see here https://status.bunny.net/

We will decide on the CDN provider after keeping an eye on how the situation develops. If the circumstance forces us to entirely abandon Bunny CDN, we'll try to set up webp conversions in Cloudfront CDN. Please give us sometime to workout a solution.

    Hi Txus,

Brizy Cloud websites are again deployed through on Bunny CDN. To switch your projects from Cloudfront to Bunny, please open the projects www.veggiegofit.es and www.veggiegofit.com in the Brizy Cloud editor and click on the 'Update' button.

Hello, I am a brizy.cloud turkey user. Nearly 30 of my sites were affected by the blocking. First of all, thanks for your quick update. status.bunny.net says it's blocked as of 28.11.2022. When I said update the sites, b-cdn.net passed again, but the sites still do not open. Looks like the ban hasn't been lifted? can you check? I am currently sharing the screen of a site attached.

    Hi Umut,

Can you please open the project https://www.kanaryasuit.com/ in the Brizy Cloud editor and click on 'Update' button and check if the problem is resolved?

it was on cloudfront it was working yesterday. The blocking issue was resolved. that b-cdn.net passed and the site became inoperative. I updated 1 min ago and it's the same. I also deleted the cache on my devices. Are you sure it's blocked?

    Hi Umut,

I have requested another user from Turkey to check your website https://www.kanaryasuit.com/.  He said that it is opening fine at his end.

He also said that all his websites are also loading fine. Do you still have this issue?

Font users can open, some users, including me, the sites seem to be faulty, they do not open fully. Can restrictions be lifted?

    Hi Umut,

You could be seeing cached versions of your webpages. Can you please try visiting your websites from your browser's private (incognito) window and see if that makes a difference?

Interesting situation, I delete the history, I deleted the dns cache, I opened an incognito tab, but my vodafone gsm line still opens like it's blocked. But when I turn it on with wifi, there is no problem. Another GSM company in Turkey, Turkcell, my friend looked at it and said it opens without any problems. I am a software developer who understands it business. I have technical knowledge but I can't find the source of the problem here. :(

    Hi Umut,

After doing everything if the page looks broken when using your mobile network, the issue could be with your Internet Service Provider (in this case Vodafone). Give it few days; when the ISP DNS cache expires, the page will load well again on your mobile.
