I have a problem with my Brizy wordpress

Hello, what is the reason that my dashboard / Articles  looks like in the Video? is it possible that I have adjusted something? I have already tried everything, it does not change. 

When I click on the article and choose edit with Brizy, I only see the headline and than I am in the area where I normally create a new post but I can't edit it. Sorry, I did not know what to google for ;-) I wish you a nice weekend. Many greetings from Berlin, Barbara

  Looks like you have recorded a video. How do we see the video?

  Hi Barbara,

  The issue you are facing in your WordPress Dashboard could be due to an incompatibility. Can you try deactivating these plugins and see if that makes a difference?

  1. WP SendFox
  2. ProductDyno
  3. Wp Smush
  4. WPCode or any other code snippet plugin

  Please also try switching your theme from Neve to Twenty Twenty One and notice the difference.

  Hi George,

  I have deactivated all plugins , changed the theme and also deactivated the Brizy plugin last...nothing changes. I have previously used Elementor, ..is it possible that there is still "code" left on the page?

  Hi Barbara,

  Editing the same page using two different page builders is not a recommended practice. The page can get corrupted. Please consider recreating the design in Brizy instead of editing the page previously edited using Elementor.
